SKO Property Maintenance are one of Leinster’s leading business to business property and facilities maintenance companies specialising in reactive repairs across Leinster.
Due to continued growth, we currently have vacancies available for experienced maintenance technicians to join our team.
Travelling between properties on call outs and repairing issues like minor electrical or plumbing repairs, roofing, flooring, painting, window and door repairs etc.
Attending to emergencies, working safely, using your skill and experience to diagnose issues and perform effective repairs.
Providing a high level of customer service, representing both our clients and our company to the end users on site.
Completing minor refurbishment works and preparing vacant units for occupancy.
Undertaking work orders through our mobile field management system and completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Reporting daily to the operations director to update on all sites with regard to work status and service repairs and communicating any additional customer requests as necessary.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with construction or maintenance activities.
Safe Pass.
Full clean driving license.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Weekly pay, excellent starting rate.
